Our M & A practice covers acquisitions, troche restructurings, mergers and joint ventures, predominantly in the context of closed corporations. However, our expertise includes acting on tender offers, listing or delisting of shares of public corporations. Our services extend to every facet of an investment, from term sheet negotiation, legal due diligence through to the investment and, in many cases, successful exits. We represent targets as well as financial or strategic investors and we have expertise in concluding successful MBO and privatisation transactions.
